JRFAdda Shipping & Delivery Policy

At JRFAdda, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience for all products that are ordered online or displayed at our physical centre and ordered for delivery.

1. Products on Display in Store (Available to Order)

Some products offered by JRFAdda may be on display at our physical centre but are not available for immediate pickup. These products can be:

  • Ordered at the store, or
  • Ordered online and shipped directly to the customer, or
  • Shipped to the store for later pickup (where applicable)

These products are marked as “On display in store” or “Available to order”.

2. Delivery Timeframes

The approximate delivery time for products ordered from JRFAdda is as follows:

  • Digital products (online test series, courses, PDFs): Access is provided immediately or within 24 hours after successful payment.
  • Physical products (books, printed materials, study kits):
    • Processing time: 1–3 working days
    • Delivery time: 5–10 working days, depending on the delivery location

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product type and delivery location.

  • Digital products: No shipping cost.
  • Physical products:
    • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout
    • Any applicable shipping fee is informed before order confirmation

In some cases, free shipping may be offered as part of promotions or bundled purchases.

4. Shipping Partners

We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of physical products across India.

5. Order Tracking

Once a physical product is shipped, customers may receive:

  • A tracking link or
  • Shipment confirmation via email or SMS (where applicable)

6. Delivery Location

  • Orders can be delivered to residential or commercial addresses within India.
  • For store-ordered items, customers may choose home delivery or store pickup (if offered).

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural events
  • Regional restrictions

JRFAdda is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

8. Returns & Cancellations

  • Digital products: Non-refundable once access is granted
  • Physical products: Return or replacement policies (if applicable) are governed by product condition and usage
