Thank you for choosing JRFAdda. We are dedicated to providing high-quality educational resources to help you succeed. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase. By enrolling in a course or plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. General Policy: Final Sale

Due to the digital nature of our educational content and services, all purchases are considered final. * We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or plan changes for general reasons (e.g., change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or finding the material difficult).

  • Payment for any course, exam preparation module, or subscription is non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Refund Situations

We understand that life happens. A refund request may be evaluated under the following specific, documented circumstances:

Scenario Description
Double Payment If a technical glitch causes you to be charged multiple times for the same service.
Technical Failure If the course fails to activate after payment and our technical team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Medical Emergency Serious illness or hospitalization that prevents study. A valid medical certificate is required for verification.

3. Refund Request Process

If you meet the criteria for an exception, please follow this formal procedure:

  2. Provide Details: Include your transaction ID, purchase date, course name, and the specific reason for the request (with attachments if applicable).
  3. Ticket Tracking: Our team will issue a support ticket number to track your case.
  4. Verification Period: Please allow 7 business days for our team to investigate and reach a decision. You will be notified via email once the review is complete.

4. Key Terms & Limitations

  • 7-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
  • Full Refunds Only: If an exception is granted, we provide a full refund of the amount paid. Partial refunds for partially completed courses are not available.
  • Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

General Enrollment

1. Can I change my course or batch after purchase?

No. Once a course is purchased, it cannot be transferred to another student, nor can it be swapped for a different subject or batch. Please ensure you select the correct course before checking out.

2. Is there a "Trial Period" for JRFAdda courses?

We do not offer a trial period after purchase. However, we encourage you to visit our JRFAdda YouTube Channel to watch our free sessions and understand the teaching style before making a payment.

Refunds & Payments

3. I accidentally bought the same course twice. What should I do?

Don’t worry! If you have been charged twice for the same content, email us at jrfadda@gmail.com with both transaction IDs. Once verified, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate payment.

4. I forgot to cancel my subscription. Can I get a refund?

No. We do not offer refunds for forgotten subscriptions or a lack of use. It is the user's responsibility to manage their learning schedule.

5. How long does it take for the money to show up in my bank account?

Once a refund is approved and processed by our team (which takes up to 7 business days), it may take an additional 5–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Technical Issues

6. My payment was successful, but the course is not showing in my dashboard.

Technical delays can sometimes happen. First, try logging out and logging back in. If the course is still not active after 2 hours, please email us your payment receipt so our tech team can manually activate it for you.

7. What happens if I have a medical emergency?

We value our students' well-being. If a serious medical condition prevents you from studying, please submit a formal request along with a valid medical certificate from a registered practitioner. These cases are reviewed individually.
